Interested In Joining Sacramento's Active 20-30?

“A Man Never Stands So Tall As When Kneeling To Help A Child”

Are you between the ages of 20-39 and interested in becoming a member of the Sacramento Active 20-30 Club?

The Active 20-30 Club of Sacramento was founded in 1922. Our club is geared towards men in their 20’s and 30’s. The Club’s objective is to serve the underprivileged youth in our community, while developing leadership in our members.

Active 20-30 membership draws from all professions and is open to everyone between the ages of 20 and 39. Our organization differs from many other service organizations in that not only do we raise money for children’s charities, but also strongly involved in the community, we’re hands on.

This active participation serves to solidify our personal relationships with those we serve, maintains motivation, and produces a high degree of personal satisfaction. Contact us using the form below and we’ll get in touch as soon as we can.

Requirements

If you are a male between the ages of 20 and 39 and would like to help children in your community, while developing lasting friendships, then this is the organization for you!

We generally meet every quite often throughout the month. You can see our schedule of meetings on the Calendar page. To obtain more information or an event schedule, please e-mail us at info@sac2030.org or join us for a lunch or dinner/board meeting to see what we’re all about. If you’re unsure what’s best for you, simply get in touch.

You’re welcome to come to any event, as many times as you’d like to check out the club. However, if you want to become a formal member you have to meet the following requirements (just to demonstrate commitment) which are very easy to do:

  • Attend a new member education meeting
  • Attend 3 regular membership meetings
  • Attend 2 board meetings
  • Attend 2 event sub-chair or committee meetings
  • Successfully complete a test covering the history, activities, and internal organization of the club

Although Club No.1 is a men’s club, the Sacramento region is fortunate enough to have several other Active 20-30 clubs to get involved in, including the #1032 Greater Sacramento Women’s Club and other nearby clubs in Roseville, Folsom, Auburn, Yuba City, Placerville, and more. For a complete list of clubs in California, please visit the National Website.

If you are not eligible for membership but would like to support children’s charities in our community, please contact a 20-30 member. Your support through donations, raffle prizes, building materials, advertising, cash contributions and participation in our events will help tremendously. With your support we can make Sacramento a better place for children to grow up.
